  Slides

  Please submitt slides to the slide desk in front of the congress room, where you are presenting speak, at least 30minutes before the start of the session. Please preview your slides at the desk. All slides should be written in English.

  Speakers

  The time schedule is very tight. Please strictly keep the allotted time. Time allotted to free communication is 7minutes for presentation and 3minutes for discussion. The official languages of the meeting is either Japanese or English. One 35mm slide projector is be available in each meeting room.

  Poster and Presentations

  A poster should be mounted on the provided board space of 150cm high and 120cm wide with the abstract number of your paper, between 9:00 am and 11:00 am, September 4. Your poster materials sould remain on the board until discussion session (12:00-13:00) are over. Materials must be removed by 4:30 pm, September 5. All posters should be prepared in English, easily readable from 2m away.

  Social Gathering

  All participants are invited to the social gathering on Thursday 4, 7:00 pm-8:30 pm at Osaka Sun Palace. Free transportation leaves convention center for Osaka Sun Palace after the 1st day session.
